I have a few questions before we begin…

Please fill out this questionnaire to the best of your abilities prior to our first monthly strategy meeting. These questions are designed to help me familiarize myself with your brand and best convey your business through all of our marketing touchpoints. I will then compile these and create a “Brand Bible” document that will guide our strategy moving forward.

Describe your ideal client or customer:

You may have one-three different "personas". Do your best to describe each - their goals, their yearly income, their interests and values, etc. You can even give them a name if you'd like! :)

What are the core messages you hope to convey to your audience?

FFM's are: "Marketing should feel good," Marketing doesn't have to be hard," and "you don't have to go it alone."

What feelings do you hope your audience gets when they interact with your brand?

Support, relief, confidence, etc.

What adjectives would you pick to describe the overall personality of your brand?

Bubbly, professional, approachable, etc.

What are your brand's core values?

Integrity, honesty, humor, etc.

What are your audience's core values?

Do these differ from your brand's values?

What are your audience's goals?

What is your audience looking for by hiring you / buying from you? FFM's clients are looking for visibility, connectedness to customers, recognition, and return (new sales).

If your brand were an item in your closet, what would it be and why?

FFM's would be a cozy sweater! It's all about the feeling you get when you put it on - It is comforting and makes you feel happy/at home. :)

What tone of voice do you want to use across all your marketing communications?

A tone of voice both embodies and expresses the brand’s personality and set of values. It’s about the people that make up the brand – the things that drive them, their loves and hates, and what they want to share with the world. Explain here which tone you'd like to use, how you will greet your people, if you'll use emojis, slang, profanity, etc.

In general, what are the various elements of your business that we need to advertise? (Courses/classes, products, events, etc.)

Extra things may arise over time and that's perfectly fine! Having a good idea of the foundation will help us develop content buckets of sorts.
