Fashionably Frank Marketing is now accepting resumes for winter 2019/spring 2020 internships (either one per quarter, or one larger internship that spans two quarters in duration - it’s up to you!).
Able to complete in-person hours in the Olympia, Washington area.
Currently attending college with a faculty sponsor ready to assist with the internship.
Previous studies of OR a major in marketing, public relations, communications and/or psychology.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and email.
Basic understanding of marketing.
Strong writing and social/people skills.
Comprehension of design or video programs (iMovie, Canva, Adobe) is a great bonus, but not req.
Unpaid internship, part-time 10-20 hours per week for college credit.
You will gain a comprehensive understanding of:
- Content marketing as it relates to the marketing world and its processes (blogging, emails, etc.).
- Social media marketing.
- Branding and its elements (the process of defining brand identity, branding photography & more).
- How to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other agencies.
- How to navigate client relationships and the everyday ins-and-outs of business ownership.
Never a dull moment! Regular “field trips” and attendance to exciting meetings, photoshoots, etc.
Plenty of opportunity for self-directed projects that encourage ownership and responsibility while demonstrating your understanding of the topics covered.
A series of complimentary headshots that you can use for personal and educational/career purposes.
